I don't agree with the assesment that Ryder rucking nearly the whole game is where we want to go long term. With power forwards Ryder can float around up forward and use his athleticism. Then push into the ruck after a big bodied ruck like TBell has worked over the other guy.

If Ryder keeps developing up forward he could become the best 2nd ruck/forward in the game.

Keep TBell as he's tracking nicely to be top class ruck and develop Ryder in a position that maximises his talents don't just let him choose what he finds the most fun or easiest now.
