If it's such a nothing story then why are both suspended by the club?

Anger is normal

Punching people isn't

Everyday I work with really angry people and the key to stopping it is understanding how it works, where it comes from and alternatives

I get people to recognise when anger is present .....welcome it actually. Anger is useful as it's telling you to be alert as something may happen or you need to do something

We then get them to find ways to naturally enter a normal state ....we also educate on the connection between anger and alcohol and anger and drugs

A....a
N....NORMAL
G...GEARED
E...EMOTIONAL
R....RESPONSE

WE get people to understand anger ....we never tell them it's bad to get angry

Was it a punch or a glass ashtray?

Having gone through your posts and whilst clearly an Internet warrior cum trouble maker with a chip the size of a railroad sleeper on your shoulder about either Boyd, or the Dogs (or both), coupled with your warped social and moral compass AND your inability to sympathise with people who have made judgement errors whilst drinking, renders you a non drinker and, by inference, the world's most boring person.

Well played, sir.

I'm off to buy some punctuation.
I wouldn't bother with him. IF you have read enough of his posts, you will know He is a dog hater, almost to the Mike Vick level.

Because perception is everything

The way the Bulldogs have handled this leads to a perception of club disunity, poor discipline & a cover up.

Is that what they were after?

Can't blame the newspaper for this one Chism.

The club broke the story.

A CONFESSION from Western Bulldogs youngster Zaine Cordy two days after a drunken altercation with $6 million teammate Tom Boyd led to the indefinite suspensions slapped on the pair.

Cordy, 19, suffered a cut to his face in the incident at a suburban pub about 11pm on June 11, following Footscray’s VFL victory over Geelong.

He took himself to hospital and required three stitches.

Boyd, 20, reacted after beer was tipped on to him as he tied his shoe laces.

The joke backfired when the big-money forward struck out at Cordy, collecting him beneath the right eye.

Cordy initially failed to tell the club how the injury occurred, but after two sleepless nights he opted to come clean.

The players said they were skylarking and it was not an intentional act by Boyd.

Lol at "sleepless nights" over this.

Who writes this shit seriously, it's like they've never had a couple of drunken nights out in their lives.

Shit happens man get over it.

Things like this are a non issue, you see football and rugby players punch lights out on the field but because it's a bit of drunken behaviour between a couple of team mates it's a disaster. Smh

Suggestion a glass ash tray being involved and the two of them enjoy a romantic relationship, which is the reason for the hush hush from dogs.
Few suggestions dusty Martin and Daniel Connors are a little more than just "mates", dusty's dad isn't big on the idea though but who cares what he thinks when he profits mega bucks from other people's addictions and misery.

What does a glass ashtray have to do with two men being in love?

Brian Taylor stated that the two players may be in a romantic relationship together? Really?
Even if they are, what does it matter?

Isn't the afl trying to encourage this sort of thing anyway?

There not ready to tackle the drug issue which is more serious btw.

I haven't heard of a gay afl player dying from being gay but I've heard of afl players dying from drugs, locked up or near death because of that issue.

I'm not saying it's a big deal... I'm only saying it's a big deal for a footy media person to mention 2 players being gay because ive never heard that before.

Bit of a rubbish issue gaining hate momentum from a certain few supporter groups which is no surprise.

Couple of friends had a drink and then a punch up = So what and it happens all the time.

High horses are very high here though as any negative media that does not involve ones own team is always a massive take it and run approach as the Ivory tower ever increases in height which many in here talk from.

Move on IMO and what a load of crap the media are feeding off.

Absolute nothing issue which has been blown out to high heaven cause of Toms contract.

What a truly appalling attitude.

It's the truth though

Not every one every time out on the Piss is a saint, shit happens, it's like we're expecting these 20 year olds to act like nuns every social drinking session it's just not reality

He stated re the ash tray which was the post I responded to .
I have no issue if they are gay TBH , I do however have a major issue if the bulldogs have taken the stance that they have taken a homophobic view and as such are wanting to distance themselves from a gay relationship between two of their players.
The world has gone beyond that shit .
It shall be stressed any such relationship is merely a unconfirmed allegation
