Why would anyone offer this player 600k-800k over 6-8 years?

Perhaps they aren’t looking at Tom as a number one ruck and do think he will get there as a forward when not getting scraps from what’s left over of Harry and Charlie.

Blame your own clubs for his value. Not Carlton who will offer him a modest contract.

I'm within a rounding error of everyone else here, which is to say not much.

But he's shown as much forward as Esava Ratugolea. No one is recruiting him to be a key forward unless it's a stop gap while they train their next actual key forward.

I think his athleticism compared to Sam is debatable. If Sam was played in a position where he had to use it and put it on display all the time we'd likely be saying the opposite.

Nah, even his parents have said that Tom's the more athletic one, Sam's the intellectual one. Sam's the better player regardless.

Needs to be at a club who know how to develop players with potential.
Sydney be a solid fit. They would iron out his deficiencies.
