I don’t know why people are bringing up the Pittonet contract as being at relevant to TDK staying or leaving. It’d be on minimal money and we’ve locked up at least a very capable backup ruck for 4 years, he gets job security and if another club comes knocking at any point, we can either hang on to him or ask for a fair trade. If TDK does leave we’ll almost certainly be bringing another ruck in to at least compete with Pittonet for the number 1 spot.

I don't see how it's not relevant. Carlton might be happy with pittonet and use the TDK money to target other parts of the list

They have played similar roles as ruck/forwards throughout their career. Jackson has more goals this year than TDK has in his career.

Carlton would be desperate for Georgieades as a replacement for their long term ruck project.
Another marking forward who has completely forgotten how to kick a football. Exactly what we’d be after.
That should free up motlop to realise his potential as a leaping ruckman.
