Yeah , I don't see it Jackson. What freo gave up for him was laughable , and I'm 100% certain that most freo supporters would want that trade back if they could.

Agree that Freo over paid for him, but he’s clearly a much better prospect than TDK.

I think an early second is around his value also.

It really all comes down to what contracts clubs are offering him.

When Carlton offered cerra 5 years at 650-700 there was a unanimous call that a top 10 pick + would be the minimum price.

When Carlton offer Saad a 5 year deal on 600-650 it was the same.

If clubs are going to offer TDK 5+ years on money 650 and upwards, then they cannot be expecting to get him with a second round pick.

Last year Luke Jackson got offered a 7 year contract on 900k a year based on 10 minutes of good footy in a grand final.

Crazy stuff happens when ur trading supremely athletic KPP players. TDK has the athletic profile to be the best ruck in the game, whether he gets there or not is a totally different story and one I have long thought he won't fulfil, but his potential is as good as anyone so teams are willing to take the gamble.
