I have said it before but based on the lack of insight and passion in his commentary, it is difficult to believe that he is a two-time premiership captain.

He has more passion for advocating the use of Suisse vitamins than for anything footy related. I can't remember him actually analysing tactics; instead he just robotically outputs generic nonsensical corporate buzzwordery.

Lingy on the other hand is a gun. I only realised from his commentary how switched on he is with tactics. His analysis is usually spot-on, as are his predictions

Yep, footy commentary is very much like the Under-9s; no criticism is allowed, and there are no performance standards.

Although I think the Under-9s are smarter than those clowns.
