Has bit of white line fever
Played all my junior footy with Tommy.
He is very courageous and does what is best for the team first.
He is no show pony, but i super talented and if needed to do the fancy stuff, believe me, he is very capable.
I don't think he will make it as a tagger however. Too offensively minded and loves to get a dirty ball and feed it out. Pack breaker, bursting speed and big long kick.
Accuracy was some what a problem at times, but has improved massively in the last year.
Great pickup. Wanted him at Essendon in the PSD personally. Will make an impact should he get the chance. Very dedicated.

I think Tom Hunter would probably still be playing for us if not for those concussions he kept getting and it forced him to retire at 19 or 20 he was definitely a keeper, very sad day when he retired.
Good luck to him in his new role he deserves a bit of good fortune.
Think he had a neck problem rather than concussions. Got hit in the head as he was picking up the ball and it didn't end well
over at Subiaco against West Coast I think. Was it 2011 pre season?
It's a weird one, he'd been at the tigs for 3.5 years (2 years VFL assistant, 1.5 years VFLW coach) prior to being appointed their AFLW coach, so the tigs should have known if Hunter was capable. I don't think many on here would have been unhappy if Siekman had been moved on earlier though, despite us having a shitty list.
Possibly the victim of cost cutting. Feasible for the AFLW team to be coached by someone else already in the football dept.
Plenty more footy dept redundancies to come I’d say
