Intentional, high, severe. Straight to the tribunal. Not sure what replay you've been watching because those gradings seem pretty clear to me. There is no way that was a late spoil, very clearly a deliberate act. Will be 4 weeks at a minimum and I think 5 is more likely.

There should be NO early plea bullshit. Of course he knows he is guilty. Give him 6 weeks for the weak campaigner to think about what he did.

He took a couple of steps and was really nowhere in the contest when the mark was taken. The umpire would've considered 50m for unnecessary late contact if he'd made Gaff spill it (and hadn't sniped him). Massive brain snap.
Intentional, high contact, high impact (Gaff was out cold before he hit the ground), has to be minimum of 4 if it's sent to the tribunal.

That was very very ugly. Will likely get 4-5. Really dangerous hit, relatively unprotected part of the neck. He could have done really serious damage.

Shouldn't be able to successfully claim it was a careless attempt at a spoil. Led with his elbow and kept it low, nowhere near the ball.

Settle down the outrage. I dont think this was a deliberate elbow. I think Jonas was trying to done some sort of forearm push and got super clumsy. Should go straight to the tribunal. I liken it to the Hodge on elbow on Swallow. Deliberate forearm gets clumsy ends up with three. Given Gaff KO'd!!! Yer maybe a big holiday for him.

Against a player taking an overhead mark? His hands were nowhere near where they ought to be for a spoil. No spoil was ever attempted.
Hardly matters, there was no spoil attempt.

No. He was trying to hit Gaff but got him in the head with the elbow. Have a look at your forearm. Your elbow is there at the end of it.
