All you people saying 4 to 8 weeks are dreaming, he hardly made contact.
He should get one week for attempting to strike, the Adelaide playa was totally fine.
Maybe save the 4 to 8 week suspensions for players that concuss other players.
Most things AP says doThis aged well
he's a frustrated player at the moment..
could be in for a little sit down
week or two
Closer than all those thinking it would be 8+....How'd that 4 week maximum work out for you, chief?

Was never going to be 8 because he didn't make good contact with him. If he'd actually connected and done some damage, 8 would've been light.Closer than all those thinking it would be 8+....
So it's all good to go around throwing haymakers as long as they miss?5 weeks is joke, when the bloke gets up straight away.
if the AFL for all incidents judged the amount of weeks by the action and not end result in injury, I would say fair enough, but they don’t.
Anyone who likes a system where players get more weeks for either the outcome or the action but never less weeks either. Anyway doesn’t matter for Richmond this year really but everyone cheering more weeks team will probably cop a bullshit tribunal decision when matters most
He tried the “I am incapable of making a fist” defence, which is probably worse!Well it’s going to be interesting to see how Lynch’s defence of “But but tribunal the opposition players were MEAN to me” works for him

No he should get a suspension but not 5 weeks when you don’t get them. You can’t just make up potential to cause injury because every reportable incident has potential to cause more injury.

"all day".Lynch was frustrated he was being held onto all day with no free kicks from the umpire.
If it’s proper roundhouse swing he would of knocked him out, it was more of an aggressive swat cause he was getting held. You're right at 5 weeks been a joke, it should've been 8.
There should be NO roundhouse swings at players off the ball, ever.
