Jack Darling has never kicked that amount in any year
But even though Lynch has missed just about the last 2 years

From a Richmond perspective I would want to keep him, even if injured for all the coaching and support he can give the young developing talls. Could even be a good option to throw down back at times.

We will have no problem hitting the cap floor this year
next year could be an issue but i would rather give players like Seth , banks , Brown etc longer term deals and tie them up
which we can also front end next year along with balta's contract
Lynch has had his Lunch and time to take unders as did trent/Jack and others

I doubt you are paying him big money for one more year.

Lynch contract finishes this year and will be lucky to get 500k next year and will be phased out
more of a mentor role next year

Ultimately I do think they need an experienced forward but I’d be looking elsewhere for one if possible and only keeping him if not being able to lure someone else as a stop gap
