It's an interesting contest in my view. I feel Crouch is the better footballer in terms of ability, but Mitchell's production level is beyond denial. Of course he's two years behind, but if Crouch can get near Mitchell's level of production last year, and he has the scope to, I think everyone in Adelaide would be very happy.
 
Both get a lot of the ball without influencing games a lot, but Mitchell gets slightly more so I'll go with him

Both rank up a lot of the ball and don't generally waste it despite not being ultra damaging, but I'd go Mitchell because he does it slightly better and more often.
