i think Eddie has other things to worry about atm. like his drug cheat 'clean skins' and the implosion of his team since his brilliant succession plan.

once again we'll show him how a professional club is run.

we have both had the luxury of advantages in this competition, however it's clear who's administration is superior

suck it you fat prick

Thought that was just the travelling emergency for away games.

Tony Armstrong managed to play 2 games in one day for the Pies at the end of last season.
True, true

I don't get why we didn't trade him. If the coaches don't think he's up to it, fine. But he's clearly got trade value so I'm not sure why he wasn't traded.

Then again, maybe we were planning to and then we were banned because the AFL is stupid.

He's impressed me every time he's been in the team. We could've used him in the clinches early on in the game today ... well, not just early on. Would've been top 3 for BOG.

Possibly? How would you even know? As much as I love Parks, he racked up the possies and contested ball, but gave it straight back to Essendon. I can imagine Mitchell doing the exact same thing

After seeing this thread I do see the light now having thought he was very hard done by I recognize that he has to add further strings to his bow. I doubt this is a new instruction from the coaches so given his eagerness to stay here you would think the coaches and Tom believe he can do it. Yeah true he might get a starting role somewhere else but I would think no other team that would take him would push him to develop as much as the Swans..

Of course it's hypothetical, but he seems to excel in the wet. And Parker wasn't alone in torching the ball when he got it. It wouldn't have taken much for Mitchell to get top 3 BOG!

I have always felt like Hanners is going to go to VIC next year and just then on AFL GameDay (quality source lolz) they floated a quick one-liner about Hanners leaving to Vic. I won't believe it solely because of that but just a gut feeling says he will leave. If so, Mitchell will get his chance then.

I think Hannebery is probably going to go as well but if that is the case then we need to get game time into Mitchell even more.

I don't get how he doesn't play? He comes in for either Cunningham, Towers or Goodes, and it should be for Goodes. Jake Lloyd should be starting on the HFF or HBF.

Whilst Cunningham is fast and has plenty of upside, his ball use is ordinary and his skills aren't that great, and like Jetta, fades when the going gets tough. A lot is said about Jones - is he worth putting in ahead of Cunningham to give us something more off the HBF and push Jetta on to the wing?

Cunningham is our best ball user and one of the best in the AFL. There's a few areas of criticisms you can level at him but kicking skills are not of one them
