Not a game with many stoppages, maybe as a result of Pyke not playing and then looked really slow when Richmond moved the ball from their back half. Not surprised he was subbed off

Heeney won't play next week.
Tom M might find himself back in the 2's.

He should, Rohan seemed injured and you guys lack forward punch.

He is a class above a lot of your second rung players.

You are a bit like us, rely on too few.

He might not have a Gold pass but plenty of the Swans lower tier have been passengers this year IMO. You will be glad when Mills and co get in to bolster your talent

Rohan still has a rod in his leg. When/if he gets it taken out he will stop pulling up lame.

Pulled up sore on Thursday. No need to risk him, he is only 18.

Yep

If we are in a position we need to rush 18 year olds back to save us then we are stuffed

Wouldn't be surprised if Horse dropped him.

Doesn't deserve to be dropped that's for sure imo

If a few suspension he should survive

Will probably be sub

Tom's quiet game has dropped him to 3rd in disposals per game and 1st for tackles per game for us. Clearly performance that warrants a spell in the NEAFL

It's not that he had a quiet game, it's that he is a one trick pony. We can't have Mitchell/Parker/Kennedy all 5 metres behind their opponents.

It's not Mitchell Parker Kennedy. It is Tippett, Goodes, Richards, that worry me.

And if truth be told it's the lack of run - if it's only shaw as it was last night we are stuffed.

Mitchell/Parker/Kennedy are slow, if we get burned on the outside they look even slower.

Last night it was the whole side

No one gets a pass

Mitchell had his first down game thats just fact

What others do when he does or doesnt do something is not on him, he plays his role

He was poor on the weekend, nice goal though

Kennedy had his best game with Mitchell in the side. That was the difference. Two of the three will be up each week, it's finding a role for the third when quiet
No reason why kennedy and parker cannot have a spell in the forward line for a few minutes each game. Kennedy is a decent kick for goal and with his size he will have an advantage over most 3rd string defenders. We all know parker can mark and kick goals.

We need to think outside the box every now and then

This 100 times
Put buddy in at the centre bounce, sam reid into ruck, kennedy forward, etc are all things we can do when we are being beat with no sign of things turning around like the 2nd half last night.

I think hirse has ultimate faith in the players and lets them try work themselves back in, sometimes however you just need to throw a spanner in the works. Imagine the look on the opposition mids face when buddy is in the centre. They would quickly have to scramble a matchup... it may not be a match winning move but for 10 minutes or so it will make the opposition think and get them out of their rhythm until we can win back momentum

Mitchell will be traded at the end of this year, hopefully for a draft pick tah tallows us to get our academy players. His great attribute is getting the ball, his dosposal and secision making leaves something to be desired and he has zero leg speed. Also is paid well above output
