Hey guys, I was just wondering what you think of him and how close he is to getting a senior game?
I know when you drafted him he had just had shoulder reco, is this a reason he hasnt played yet?

Missed a lot of last year and had his first pre-season this year.

Had a few reasonable practice games, has been named as an emergency a lot this year, but hasn't demanded a selection yet. Looks like a decent mobile flanker, but that's not an area we are in need of at the moment so would probably find it difficult to get a role.

You'd think he'd get given an opportuntiy during the year, but more likely 2007 will be able to judge whether he's going to make it or not.

Great bloke and great p...p...otential. Needs to find a position. I prefer him up forward but last year they threw him back, midfield and forward - he never got a chance to settle.

Plenty of time for him.

yes the dreaded P word lol. Sounds very similar to Jobe Watson who wasn't big enough to play KPP but not fats enough to be in the middle. I know Ess supporters are supposed to hate you guys but I have a bit of a soft spot for you because you have some top young players.
I hope Tom is able to find a position in the team because he is the type of bloke that doesnt let being an AFL footballer get to his head.
