god of war 3 will be an absolute minimum 9.5 scorer

the game will be the best action game of all time with absolutely no peer...(no pressure :P)

Whilst I'm hanging out for God of War 3 as much as the next person, I have to disagree here. It may well be the best action game of all time, but it'll sit nicely in company with Ninja Gaiden 1 & 2 IMO

I haven't played NG2, but NG1 isn't anything to write home about. Great game, but God of War is quite a few levels up from that on every criteria.

Considering God of War came out over a year after the original NG then you would expect it to be an improvement.

NG 2 however is easily the best fighting game I have every played

A year isn't that long in software development, especially considering it takes many years to make a good game.

Face it, God of War is brilliant.

You have low standards. Played any other fighting games before?

lol, God of War is very average. Both of them, totally uninspiring. Couldn't be bothered finishing either of them.

I said NG1 was nothing to write home about...and that I hadn't played NG2 so I couldn't comment.

Best fighting game ever is quite a call. If NG2 is anything like NG1, which I assume it is, it's not anywhere near the best fighting game ever....I wouldn't even say, in essence, that it is a traditional fighting game.

Yes I read what you wrote. Nothing is blurred for me, seems it is for you though, with all of your ireelevant pap about NG2. Forget NG 2, you were talking about NG1 and God of War, both of the same generation. You claimed God of War was several levels above Ninja Gaiden, which is a load of horsehit.

God of War - 93 or 94 on metacritic

Ninja Gaiden Black - 94 on metacritic

You had a crack at Hodgey for having low standards. You had a crack at me for not liking God of War, yet you did the same thing to NG.

Neither GoW or NG are traditional fighting games, and God of War is an average game that brings nothing new to the action genre. The Prince of Persia PS2 games are way more innovative and interesting.

I think a year is massive amount of time.

I never said God of War was not a good game I was just picking you up on ridiculous statements you made about NG. Ninja Gaiden is easily the defining game of last/current gen 'action' fighting games.

BTW have a read over your comments, the only person that is confusing NG 1 and NG 2 is YOU. Maybe you should stick to selling Big Issues.

You said something about Ryu. What has he got to do with the GoW v NG theme? If you had played NG you would know the character's name, maybe?

i never played ninja gaiden on the xbox or the original way back yonder.

since ninja gaiden sigma is a remake with extra content of ninja gaiden black (which i'm pretty sure is just a remake with a few extras over the first xbox ninja gaiden anyways...?)

so if that's what you were going for then bravo **clap clap**

and i'm not going to bother typing his name since it's on every review site on the net and will prove nothing. either way i don't see what you're getting at there.
