It's a standard (older house) sized backyard, The 12 seat outdoor table is solid jarrah and weighs half a ton (almost literally). I've had for 20 years and rarely gets used after the outdoor lounge purchase. The outdoor (plastic) chairs are only used at party time, otherwise in the shed.

On the first Wednesday of December we take the day off and party around the pool, all the outdoor chairs were used that day. Otherwise, they mostly gather dust.

I'd love a big old jarrah table like that. I helped a friend moved one that wouldn't be more than a metre or so square with two bench and seats weighed a shit ton also. I just have a rainforest timber 6 seater which looks OK and isn't difficult to move around.

I bought it when I was at an old house with nothing but a lemon tree in the back yard, so it filled the space well. We used it in the current place for about 7 years but it was too big for the spot.

Some stuff that goes into houses should just stay there. Pool tables I've learned are easily moved with the right gear and some strong dudes (can't say Islanders, BBOK will get upset) but a mate got a spa installed in his pokey backyard area. Took a small crane because even on its side there was no way of getting it around the house. If he ever sells I reckon it's easier to just leave it there now.
