Between appearing on just about every single footy show on 7 and the game coverage to his various AFL.com.au shows to SEN and his rage bait rants, something tells me I'll have had enough of Kane Cornes after Round 1.

You could argue Kane was the South Australian Eddie Everywhere when he was at channel 9. He'll be even more of an ever present at 7 and it'll be overkill.

I like his style and agree with a lot of what he says but sometimes you can see what he'll say a mile off.

I'm not sure how he could. Monday&Tuesday nights he has a TV show, Thursday night he has footy calling (if they do a Thursday sportsday during AFL season). I reckon Adam White will take his spot.

I would argue with 'the best'. IMHO because we see and hear so much of him we just get flooded with his views on everything so he becomes some kind of sage.

His whole schtick is to deliberately take the most controversial view or a deliberately contrarian perspective basically just for clicks. He's admitted it. In footy terms, he too often cries wolf so his hot takes lose all meaning.

Spot on. I think Sports Day is more for his name than anything so that should be the one to drop off. Much like they do with Blighty. He definitely should of taken more time off over Summer.

I skip all his articles and switch over the moment he comes on, he lives and breathes and breeds negativity. The world is full enough of that at this time. I'm also worried he might write an article telling the world how bad I am because of the color of my boxers.....afterall he does have an opinion on everything

I don't get how some ex footballer’s think it's good listening when they refuse to have an opinion on a team after one game.

We all know its one game but tell us what you think. If you need the first month of football to form a view maybe don't go on a footy talk show for the first month.

It's funny because he is actually a really good guy off camera. Very introverted but makes a effort even though you can see its not easy for him.

Very respectful to people who work those shows compared to many other ex footballers. He is not one of those that if you didn't play AFL he won't talk to you.

I completely get why people don’t like him in the media though. I think he's doing too much this year and should of taken more time off over Summer when there wasn't footy news around.

Who cares? Players are soft as **** and he's not on tv to massage their egos he's there to make content. Maybe if they weren't so ****ing boring he wouldn't have to carry the whole industry
