Health Tooth extraction?

Gotta go to the dentist to get two teeth pulled tomorrow.
One of them is a wisdom tooth that has grown in the wrong way.
The other is a (lower molar) that had a cavity an became infected, been on antibiotics for it.

Anyway anyone had any experience with this an what to expect?
Really dreading it tbh

Gonna take off work on Friday as they said my mouth might be quite sore.

Another wisdom tooth fell out after getting kicked in the head playing football. About six months later it started feeling wobbly and i pulled it out. A few years later the rest came. Saved $400

Yep, same procedure. The op took about one hour and 40 minutes I think. The roots of one of the teeth was wrapped around a few others, so it was a bit of a fiddly op, involving jaw dislocation.

My face was fairly swollen for a week to ten days afterwards. Panadeine Forte was my friend.

Dentists aren't cheap, no wonder some people have bad teeth and don't go to the dentist.
it cost me $150 just get the XRay and for the dentist to take a quick look the other day.
I need to look into health cover...

Funny thing is i brush day an night everyday.
Need to lift on the flossing though.
Cut out the soft drinks as well.

My wt experience was a piece of piss.. 5 teeth out under ga, yes pain but no swelling or blood. Then on a long haul flight 6 days later. Was lucky

If you have a good dentist it's a walk in the park. Bit of a dull pain afterwards, jaw might be a bit sore too but nothing serious.
