Hunger Games is ridiculous. Two YA canon films and then two tepid conclusion parts. The rest I can see the argument for their consideration.

Personally for me the most reliable to date have been Alien (liked all 6) and Bourne (liked all 5). Both have some latter maligned entries that didn't go on to be mainstream classics, but I think they are all really strong genre films and I dig the house style.
