Who is the player Melbourne have said they are taking with pick 1? Scully or Butcher?

Well thats why you think Power is vital.lol yeah Edwards/Power/Josh Smith/Obst are sure to be great sweeteners...
Oh, and Gibson >>> Rawlings, Urquhart, JWS (... what are the chances he'll play ANY games in 2010?), Pratt and Firrito.
Would not even consider trading him.

You wouldn't trade Gibbo? I love the bloke, I recon he's fantastic, but honestly, he's no star.Oh, and Gibson >>> Rawlings, Urquhart, JWS (... what are the chances he'll play ANY games in 2010?), Pratt and Firrito.

would love to get lewis jetta at the club, very quick and can use the ball from what ive seen, seems to have a pretty level head too
He recently stated in an interview that he was (or would soon be) the best wingman in WA.
Has grown up on a dairy farm if I am not mistaken, where it is wet and cold (more rain in July and August this year than Melbourne has had all year) and they bring 'em up rough and tough in that environment (like Stevo) so should be up to the hard stuff. And after just watching the highlights of Cunnington, Tapscott and Rohan all are good picks:
Cunnington - Hard at it midfielder, never gives up and loves the tough stuff.....seems to be team orientated too, I watched him in one bit of play put on TWO shepards......he'd be leading that stat at North this year if he was on our list!
Tapscott - Monster kick, great leg on him. Seems to be a half forward that contests hard and has a good football brain. beautiful kick.
Rohan - What more can I say, he's a Ranga! it's about time this ranga got to barrack for one of his own kind, Michael Passmore is so long gone! Seriously he has pace to burn, he might be a bit light but that's only a problem if he get's caught and nobody will catch him.
Can't lose with any of these I think.

I'd trade him for an early second rounder every day of the week.
Well saidI'm just guessing here (isn't everybody?) but if Melbourne doesn't pick Butcher, it wouldn't surprise at all to see Richmond let him go as they are masturbating over their quality forwards in Riewoldt/Post/Morton. And then Freo may well pick a WAlien. So there's an outside chance Butcher will still be available at 5.
As much as I'd love to cheer for a bloke named Cunnington, anyone listed as a "utility" is surely a mid-sized, mid-paced flanker. I think we're fairly well stocked up in that type.
We'd welcome him. Talented players are always welcome at EssendonHow modest.
Should go to Essendon to play with that other superstar Jetta.

We had pick 5 last year. If you are lucky you'll get a player of similar quality to Hurley. Appears though that this draft is rubbish.
10 is the earliest we can getOnly for those picking after 5. What pick did you guys get?
