LOTR trilogy, hands down the best this millennium.

Not even sure if it will be the best trilogy this millennium later this year.

Im a huge LOTR fan, but from a pure movie perspective, I think Dune is likely to surpass it if Part 3 hits like the other two.

In my personal opinion, Dune is the best Sci Fi movie and sequel since the original Star Wars and I'm very biased to Medieval style drama/epics like LOTR.

I tell you what it was a return to form and re-invented the genre.

Sadly lightening didn't strike twice - Last Blood (Rambo V) had it's moments...... but sadly Taken mixed with elements of Home Alone didn't make a good basis for a Rambo movie lol. It would be a candidate for a "worst movies of the millennium" thread
