Because we haven't been that trying already... We need to clean out the front office. Buckley and Hine first.

The whole club is Fubar at the moment.
Wont be renewing next year. Club have shown they don't have the balls to make hard decisions with coaches. Specifically ED.
These are self inflicted dark years. Or more to the point. Ed inflicted dark years.

The season has spirelled out of control, and has been the same story as the past 3 years

It's too easy to state we need a new gameplan and a new coach and then suddenly the team realises improvement almost immediately. It's so obvious that something needs to change, but what is that something?

At least state for the record what the gameplan needs to be? At least state who you think the new coach should be?

No good suggesting to change the coach and the gameplan if you have no suggestion what we change to.

For the record, I have no idea what the gameplan should be or who the next coach should be if we make changes.

Disagree, think we have the talent of a top 8 side. Broomhead, Fasolo, Elliott, Adams, Ramsay, Moore and Swan would make a big difference.
We need to get rid of some coaches and our fitness department opposed to a rebuild.

Get some or most of our injured players out of the injury pit and then we can:

• stop playing guys out of position because we have to
• stop playing guys with several weeks experience because we have to
• stop expecting debutants and 19 year olds to win games

We have the talent to maybe just scrap into the 8 with a good injury run, but we're in the premiership business.. we need to build a premiership team, not a team who can make an elimination final then lose

Agreed but a full rebuild seems unnecessary, hopefully just some clever drafting and trading.

We need more first round picks in the team without a doubt IMO, there is a big drop off in talent outside our top 10 players.

No 1st round pick this year will only make matters worse

When you have an absolute pea brain for a coach anything is possible.

when your playing half a dozen or thereabouts seniors in the vfl the selected 22 have earned their spots. Besides the obvious walk ins like swan for example, the lesser lights are no guarantee to play, the current crop have forced senior players to the vfl.

But now he is setting us back many years due to his ego and not putting the club first.
