Maybe its getting late but I find your whole plan confusing.

I'll walk you through my idea.

I use tracker on jan which tells me his actions.

If he is the BG and protects me and the real GF tries to kill me to frame him then the GF dies.

If he's the GF and does nothing I have proof he did not use a protect and is therefore not the BG.

If he's the GF and kills someone else I have proof.

If he's the BG and protects me and the GF kills someone else he's cleared.
