Shows the dangers of vigilante pursuits of stolen vehicles. But should this man really be charged with murder? This sounds like involuntary manslaughter to me.

I'd have said it's culpable driving. I can't see how there's any chance of them getting a murder conviction and have no doubt the charge will be downgraded (I'm a motorcyclist, currently own 14 of them but also drive a car).
