Welcome Mick - now all we need is matrix to join (out of the 3 of us) so I await his reply to my email - meanwhile you'd better work on getting an avatar.

I know I am putting myself in for a lot of work in saying this but I am wondering if I should re-create my thread in here (once I get to 25 posts and can start a thread) about the Pictorial History of the Port Adelaide Cheer Squad so that all those old historical pics can again be preserved online given the closure of TPFP and I presume the loss of all their stuff - the other thing is that BF members who were not on TPFP will also be able to see it all? Luckily I digitised all my old pics before they faded too much with the passing of time - I have them all saved on one of my temporary hard drives.:)

I think you should Creighton. Your Cheer Squad thread and Muzza's history threads were gems
 
As the news sinks in, it is starting to feel more like a death in the family (without trying to be too dramatic, it's just that it's a sense of loss of something that you are acquainted with every day, but has now gone).
 
I suspect there could be interesting times ahead if he does.

I personally don't have a problem if he does, although I would suggest it best if he went for a less obvious user name.

I'm still in shock, I logged on as I always do to see the site was gone. Such a shame.

I guess I'll have to get my Port fix on here from now on.

Welcome Bedders no it doesn't but we you'll get used to it I've been posting here since new year.

The main thing I've had to adjust to along with the features is the white background as I had the neon one set at TPFP which went well with my sig I've now lost.

This would be brilliant, the people who still feel attached to TPFP can best serve it by preserving the information here.
