Unfortunately it appears not, you just have to navigate through all the forums and have a look. Certainly that is the one thing I miss the most.

Yeah, I get that, but I was hoping for a list of new content over all forums including Black Diamond, 1870, and Magpie forums.

If there are threads that are of interest then you can 'watch' them, then receive an alert when new posts are made to those threads. That's probably the closest thing. We had a 'latest posts' option when with vBulletin but XenForo doesn't have that option unfortunately.

I was vey happy with TPFP but, sadly, that is now in the past and I am comfortable with the setup on here.

I don't understand the need for another forum, let alone (in 2014) a relatively "closed minded" hive as TPFP sometimes was.

Are you saying you feel there are some sorts of opinions you can't safely voice here - or that the range of topics is too broad ?
