Anyone blowing up about us not getting steak knives, get a grip. Seriously. We just got rid of a 28 year old and a pick, for tom Boyd. Tom boyd. Massive win for us.
Spot on.......I didn't think it would happen and I stand corrected.

Now here is the tricky bit...........Let's hope Boyd can actually play football.

I guess we all have our own reactions, my initial feeling is a bit of a downer but I'm sure I'll see it differently at the end of the week. You've seen a lot of Boyd in the neafl so your enthusiasm is reassuring.

Can't help but feel we are paying overs, especially as it sounds like we're paying for part of Ryans new contract, but it's a seriously good get either way.

Yeah its a little hollow with the cost, but realistically, Boyd has been rated the best KPF in a long time (Patton may have been rated better but his knees are made of tissue paper.

We needed a KPF to complement our awesome mid group, our captain wanted out, we lost P6, so be it. Starting to warm up a little.

Absolutely rapt!! I was really keen on Jake Lever but thats the way it goes. Any word on Jones? If we do trade him we should be trying to get pick 19 from Carlton now. maybe Jones and 26 for 19?

We just have to make sure we nail what picks we have left in this draft mate

Gotta nail picks 26 and 27 now.

Also, bring on Carlisle next off season!
Hoping we can upgrade Pick 26 o 27 to a higher one, might be a bit late now.

Cooney seems to be the guy that could do it, don't know.

Next target. J Walker?

Then some cheap mature bodies. Biggs sounds right. Possibly Harper or Mullet
