WESTERN BULLDOGS ...but he's not the only forward on offer this year. Tom Boyd has everything the Bulldogs have been crying out for, and he threatens to become one of the league's dominant forwards for the next decade. It's an area the club needs to improve in, and in order to get their hands on that No. 1 draft pick, they will need to give up something decent. That's the sticking point for the Dogs, who don't want to offload one of their important players to Greater Western Sydney. - Jacqui Reed

Boyd being "on offer" is quite possibly the greatest myth perpetrated since God banged out the Bible on a Remington back in the day

I wouldn't trade Wallis. Could effect Libba.

I would hate to lose JJ but if it was to get pick 1 then i could handle it. Addo is a free agent and looks to be headed there anyways.

Redpath is very much staying. Depending on his body and our list injuries, Macca has him ear-marked for a key defensive post at Footscray next year (with a view to getting some senior AFL games into him).
I don't think much of him as a player. Prove me wrong Jack.

WESTERN BULLDOGS The Dogs are doing their best to get a deal done with Essendon so that Stewart Crameri is wearing the red, white and blue next season, but he's not the only forward on offer this year. Jacqui Reed has proven with this article that she is just a lazy journalist who hasnt done any up-to-date research into the Bulldogs since before the trading period commenced. It is openly known that GWS has no intention of trading the number 1 selection ........ plus, the Bulldogs are simply not in a position to trade for the Boyd selection .... whether we would like to or not.

Where is her commentary on the Docherty or Darley or Grant situations.

This is from ths morning's edition of The Australian.

"Meanwhile, Western Bulldogs forward Jarrad Grant has not yet made up his mind whether to remain at the Whitten Oval or explore the possibility of playing for a second club, Brisbane. Essendon, which is on the brink of signing Geelong's unrestricted free agent Paul Chapman for the next two years, appears ready to accept the Bulldogs' second-round selection for Stewart Crameri."

That's because his agent McConville is on "holidays". As you do...... when it's the most important time of the year for your clients.

At the very least Jarrad should have a strong word with his manager upon his return. It seems ridiculous to me that as an AFL manager you would schedule your vacation at this time of year.

If it was me I would give him the boot and be looking for new representation.
