Agree. I think GWS have been keen on Scharenberg for some time so that would make sense.
Supposedly SOS Silvagni has a massive wood for Kelly.

That is why GWS want pick 2.

I think the Saints are certainties to take Aish if he's available.

Leaves us Scharenburg, whom I would be fairly pleased if we draft.

I'd be happy with any of the top 4 who falls to us. Exciting times.
Was thinking the exact same thing. Crazy how any of the top 4 would be amazing for us. Like no matter who we get, the player selected should force itself into our best 22 straight away. All 4 of them are players we need. Boyd as the KPF. Scharenberg as the Half Back player and Kelly and Aish as the speedy elite midfielders. If Aish slips to pick 4 I will be very excited though. Supposedly might slip to pick 6. But for a player who was touted as the best midfielder and 2nd best player (next to Boyd) to get him at pick 4 would be fantastic.

I guess the top 4 being elite compared to the rest (and not much talent wise between Boyd, Scharenberg, Kelly and Aish) that it would be crazy to trade pick 4 and a player to a higher pick.

Whoever we draft will make a immediate impact to our team.

From watching the champs.. Out of the top 5 rated I can only really imagine boyd or Scharenberg starting.. Aish, Kelly and billings look like little teenagers still

Always thought this was the case
But reading that article you can't help but notice how many of the very same points were made on these boards about. Grant: his impact on the. Forward line when he came into the side in particular.

Oh well, collectively we are clever bunch of coconuts on big footy dogs forum

Excellent News.
Look forward to see our forward line next year. Back to the the days of multiple scoring options.

So excited about Grant.

I've already said this before. But I'll repeat - I feel like we are developing a Geelong-like team and Grant will one day be our SJ.
