Perhaps, but my understanding is that he's over his major injuries and that he's set for a good year. Which will piss me off.
Interesting there were a lot of reports that his foot was shot. IIRC Kreuzer also has a hip condition predisposing him to OP as well. Then there are his multiple knee problems.

Such a risk to pay top dollar for such a broken (or potentially broken) body. Even if he plays every game and wins the Brownlow I would still be comfortable in not picking him up.

But hey we can agree to disagree:)

With Blues and Bomber are Chasis both Gws pair Whitefield,Tomilsion we should blindside the opposition club by making play on Tomilsion get him to commit to us this would help Cramer to play the same role he played last and time switch role for period time during game it would cause massive knightmares for club for match up during the game .

Josh Jenkins being courted by several victorian clubs

Worth a look??
Ehhhhh. Maybe. He's athletic and can relief ruck but he also probably plays more of a small's role than a tall's. He would love our game style though; he thrives on running back to goal and getting it over the top.

Decent player and fits our game plan but perhaps not the ideal target. If we're adding another tall to the forward line in my view it has to be somebody that can consistently present and take strong marks up the ground. Not totally convinced Jenkins is that guy.

I agree with a fair bit of this especially the point you make regarding whether he can present up the ground and take strong marks. Due to Walker being the pure CHF at the crows, Jenkins stays deeper for long periods. Yet I think he would fit the style bev likes, athletic as it gets for a guy his size, does kick goals and can chop out ruck.

He's one to consider although I'm not necessarily penciling him in as someone we should target. But he has kicked 40 + goals 2 seasons in a row now.

EDIT: He also only went goalless once last season which was against us in the final. Also kicked 5 against the Eagles and 4 against Hawthorn so I don't think he's a flat track bully which has been floated around somewhat.

46 goals season would be invaluable adding to any side.

Wouldn't be a free agent and we would have to trade. Also it is rumoured that he would command up to 500k a season. (They are the cons)

The good news is that I think we could trade some fringe players (of decent value) to get the picks we need to have a look. Also let's take into account that Crameri's suspension probably frees up around 300k of cap space into the future. If we used 100k per year on Jenkins contract then we could effectively turn a 3 year deal of 500k a season into what would really cost us as a 3 year deal of 400k per season (which is not much more than what we gave suckling).

I'm not really that happy with only the 2 real KPF's we have on our list. I'd like to draft a first rounder (like Josh Battle) and trade a mature one in that we could use for a couple of seasons when we are contending.

Jenkins should be considered. As should McStay. Jenkins would provide a relief ruck/immediate goal scoring impact/and a very dangerous 2017 forward line.

Mcstay we could target if we were happy with boyd in the forward ruck role/more long term option/cheaper option.

Jenkins has a bit of the Jesse White's about him. Looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane. Don't like it unless he spends 50-60% of his time in the ruck.

Depends on how Redpath goes for me, if he cements himself at CHF like I'm expecting I wouldnt bring in Jenkins but if he's in and out of the side all year I'd really look at it.

Going into 2017 with a forward line of Boyd, Stringer (with another season + preseason into them), Jenkins, Crameri and Dickson well thatd be the most dangerous forward line in the league.

The idea of Jenkins and Boyd both rotating high up the ground, deep forward and through the ruck is bloody exciting.

I'm genuinely surprised how much love there is for Jenkins. Granted we see the best of him because he only ever does something against us, but he is not good. Jesse White is a great similarity.

The only game he didn't kick a goal was against us. 5 vs WCE and 4 vs Hawthorn.

46 goals a season is a very good return from a second forward.

If the Boyd/Redpath combination doesn't work we should seriously look at him.

I think a lot of forward/rucks across the competition are unfairly maligned. He's one of them. Plus his output has got better each and every year.
