A Stephen May is the exact type of player we need. If we could get 2 years out of him I would take it.

Dunkley was given opportunities ahead of his time (despite questionable disposal) and gifted the chance to play in a flag.

Smith was given plenty of opportunities and supported despite being caught with illegal drugs and then nursed through an ACL then indulged with a long European summer instead of staying here supporting his teammates.

Dunkley is a money chaser. Two of his family members have actively messaged me on social media for posting about him negatively on Facebook lol. Fu**ing sook of a family.

Fk I hope so. He’s no Wilkie, but it really can’t be understated how important it is to recruit good players via Free Agency. Brisbane, Richmond, Hawthorn and Geelong all won flags in the last decade after recruiting a big name via free agency. The small clubs have got nothing, we need to change that

Darcy took space in the ruck contest every time. There is more to the game than just stats. We got pushed off the ball way too easily and this was exactly what happened against the Hawks and Crows.

I would say Darcy was one of the 5 most influential players on the ground.

Unless the stats help your argument, then they're gospel.
