No idea mate they’ve had a bloody quick rebuild tho . Pantsed us in a final last year then added battle and barass and possibly Merrett this year

Merrett to Hawthorn doesn’t bother me at it takes them out of the Butters race.

Hawks have no picks in 2025. How are they even landing Merrett? Trading the next two firsts essentially wipe them out of the top end of the draft for 3 straight years (and for two 30 years olds).

EDIT - I see they have Carlton’s first after moving their 2024 pick into this year.

Wilkie is an AA level player they had 3 solid role players

Our midfield is fine at the moment we have bigger problems to fix like bringing in some key defenders
