Sounds creepy!!Dangerfields dad is "allegedly" involved with Geelong recruiting wise....and does the school ring around to see if they're of good character etc.
Where’s it at though? Would put my money on him leveraging our offer to squeeze everything he can out of the Saints and them having to do it because of overpaying the C graders and trying to be to convince NWM to hang around.
If JUH is struggling to seperate from the band of dropkicks in Melb what chance does he have in Sydney - the place is literally FULL of them…Also - happy to keep Khamis - but signs are a eco prefers Croft as a forward. I agree but still think Khamis is a very good third tall. Why is he not playing on VFL GF - too many AFL games?
But let’s say we lose him to Carltank - I would do a swap with Lachie Cowan - good player young in an area of need. Can play smalls and talls. They will likely offer McGovern- decent player but a bit soft and 30. But who else is likely?
Dream - Khamis and JUH for Weitering - in our backline we are a flag chance and he would know it. Pure Lake move.
Most likely for Jamarra is swap for McCartin. I get the concussion but he is a very good FB and at 30 has two years and o bet is dying for a shot and to come home. Preference is for Ballard at GC.
JUH has generational talent and I hope we can get him back on track / but odds are not looking likely - a complete change may be what he needs. Swans have the kind of close culture that could work for him but I want us to get true value.
Wolkoe negotiationing with saints . The longer it goes the better our chances of him saying f%ck it i am out.Where’s it at though? AFL has made a juggernaut out of Brisbane![]()
Considering St Kilda are paying $1.7million for their new ruck, I can‘t imagine they‘ll be asking for a lot to take Marshall off their handsBefore getting into Cotton On, Morris Finance and Warralily conspiracies in what world do the Cats have the trade capital to obtain Marshall and Curnow who both have years left on their deals?
It is going to be hard.to go past the cats. Lions and Hawks next season if the following happen.
Cats get Marshall. Curnow
Lions ger Draper, Allan and Ridley. Plus a star Academy and had a lot injuries this season.
Hawks. Merritt and Day back from injury.
I am fairly bullish about us next season with some good trades but doubt we can beat the above teams if the predicted trades come off.
It’s not the 90s now it’ll be done for a 2nd rounder and won’t involve any players like 99% of trades since FAAlso - happy to keep Khamis - but signs are a eco prefers Croft as a forward. I agree but still think Khamis is a very good third tall. Why is he not playing on VFL GF - too many AFL games?

Sell the Doggies to an Arab Sheik or a Russian oligarch, or to Elon Musk or other billionaire?Yep and if the AFL want it to become the EPL then just come out and tell us and stop with all this crap about fairness and equalisation.
Good point. I would also add good quality tackling.Yeah but running patterns!
Also Mannagh and Miers are absolute elite ball users while Close is handy too. I keep saying it but our entire off seasons philosophy needs to be relentless pressure in all aspects of the game. You don’t bring pressure like your life depends on it you won’t play.
He also supplies bait to the local caravan parks and services boat enginesBut is Mr Dangerfield really worth his 500k per annum price tag for talking to kids?
Just asking questions fellas.

C4 said a few months ago Archie Perkins was looking at moving. He’s really quick and athletic, and hits the scoreboard, if he were happy to play a Vandermeer/McNeil role he’d be a huge upgrade on them.

Is their list 60 players or something?Budarick is off to Brisbane.
TBH, it's not a high bar.

Not true. I had it 100% from the horses mouth literally last night. Not over at all. Unlikely but not over. The longer it goes better our chances. Cant divulge how i know but my direct source is 100%. Anyone saying otherwise as of now doesn't know the true story.
