probably the AFL should tell every club that in the future if you need an assistance pageage it will only be for extending Rookie list for NGA talent and that’s it.

You realise that Twomey is just another in a long long line of opinions? That's all it is, his opinion. It's like the others who say Wilkie will go. Just an opinion. Holds not much weight in the end until we hear from Wilkie.

someone suggested that there shouldn’t be a list cap. If a team can’t spend their salary cap floor, give them the option of having a longer list instead of overpaying the players you have. I think this is a good idea and will stop ridiculous TDK deals. I think a bottom side has a better chance of getting up the ladder by having a bigger list than overpaying to get b-grade talent to join a low club.

It’s wild how we always used to shift our key forward prospects back eventually to groans on this board (Lake, McGuinness, McDougal, Walsh) and now we swing all our defenders forward. Watching Buss in his big moment in the GF made me wonder if he had a future as a leading forward.

Hawks going after Merrett kind of hamstrings on any butters deal they can do trade wise.
