How do you work that out?

2023 we traded up for Sanders I suppose was interesting but cost us M.Reid last year and brought in Harmes and Coffield not exactly a great window

I have been told Swans have made their first alterations to the deal for Curnow and the dogs are not involved in it at this stage. Only changes are the removal of pick 22 and Florent.
11, F1 and Hayward for Curnow straight up

I’ve always found this part fascinating when adding current players to a trade who don’t wanna leave.. they’ve now taken Florent out, but you’d imagine that bridge is now burnt ?

They'll still push him out just somewhere else.
Edit: Twomey reporting Carlton are getting Florent for a Future 3rd. Seperate to a deal for Curnow.

They're players on large deals but also ones attractive to the Blues. Needed to move money to fit Curnow in anyway

Hayward almost went to the Blues last year and they have massive buyers remorse on the new Florent deal.

Have a feeling pick 42 the Hawks will get for Jiath will end up being the deal for Buku.

Given he is more tweener then KPP Flea/Hynes type can replace forward Williams/Gards in defense and he isn't doing any better then any of said players

I think if it comes down to it Coffield can take bukus spot in defence and Croft can cover up forward. Not a huge loss. good clubman and wish him all the best at Carlton
