I think the last thing we can do is get rid of ALL our senior players. Aaron Davey had nothing to do with the loss so to suggest he should go is unfair. Jared Rivers played in a backline that had no chance so I think to also suggest he doesn't do enough is unfair. Green goes without saying and Moloney was ill.

Bate, Dunn, Maric and Spencer can go and we won't get too much for them. Warnock would get us something IMO as there are a few clubs who could use a key back. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of players with much value.

I love it how people complain about not having senior players and then go and put up our few senior players up for trade.

I'd like to see what Aaron Davey can do when he returns before judging him, something irked me that he never looked healthy enough to play in the games he did play.

our bunch of senior players are the worst in the afl aside from port, and they stand up only when it suits them... they all do the same thing, i want more players like mckenzie who do their job reguardless of the scoreboard

Fitz may come down to his conditioning. If he has long term implications then he's in trouble IMO but for his sake I wish him the best.

If Morton were to go to GWS and we were given reasonable compensation then that is a win in my book.

Maric and Wona are interesting ones. Personally I would like to keep Maric especially under a different coach (if applicable). The club announced Wona returning as well.

Bate and Warnock are not required IMO for 2012, we may be able to get a deal done to pass these players on but we'll get sfa for them. Perhaps consolidate a pick but we won't get any decent acquisitions.

Trade List: these players still have some currency

Sylvia - paying too much for his efforts and has no leadership qualities
Rivers - beaten too easily in a contest
Morton - lacks courage and has gone way backwards in development
Bennell - after an 'amazing' pre season, has gone backwards
Marric - had his chances, goes missing far too much

Delist List: these players are simply not up to AFL standard

Bate - could still trade, but what would we seriously get for him
Dunn - this guys a dud
Jetta - will never make it at this level
Spencer - it's embarrassing this guy is still on our list

Davey and Green see out there remaining contracts, and then it's goodbye. I have no idea where we are at with contartcs etc, but the above list are all players who cannot take us forward as a team.

I can see us keeping Sylvia, but he has got some serious currency. With no leadership skills, and tired of waiting for him to deliver, the time might be right to move him on and receive something decent in return. Same with Bennell and Marric. I can see us keeping them, but I feel we could snare something half decent for both of them.

Morton is the interesting one. Really still undesided if we cut our losses with him or not. Could go either way. I wouldn't be unhappy if he goes, but I wouldn't be surprised if he blossoms at another club either. Lots to ponder for the new coach...

Harsh on Rivers. A year ago I would have agreed but he has actually been pretty good this season.

Morton and Sylvia have a decent amount of value so they could be worth putting on the table. I'd probably keep Sylvia though.

People offering Rivers up for trade have short memories and NFI about backline structure and his role.

Got beaten by Cloke in a bad match up from the coaching department who shouldv'e played Warnock. Other than that had some fantastic games.

Has courage, heart and gives his all. The last 5 minutes of yesterday's game he was gritting his teeth and chasing to the end. The only one to do so that I saw.
