What ever happened to 2 Metre Peter Wright?
It seems like he's fallen out of favour at the Suns. He's not even performing in the reserves.
It wasn't that long ago he was on the lips of many fans, commentators.
I wonder if he wants to come home?
Given our lack of future KPP, and penetrating kicks, I think we should be at least asking the question.
He's come back from surgery I think and is probably struggling off the back of a limited preseason. Rate him but we have already have Cox and McLarty as ruck forward types. Need a true KPF, which I don't think Wright is

Get back Paul Seedsman. He would fit nicely replacing Chris Mayne playing opposite to Tom Phillips.

No regrets with the trade as Jeremy Howes proved to be arguably our best half back of the last ten years, id argue as good as Shaw, Maxwell and O’brien at there peaks.

I’d argue we are missing a small defender which Marley Williams would be perfect for.. gave him away virtually free and he’s now apart of the best current defence in the afl..

I admit i was a huge fan of both of the guys and im greatful to see them still playing at the level, and to a great standard. Would bite bottom lip and trade them back in before premiership tilt.

Those decisions have been made and they aren't coming back. Seedsman would cost an arm and a leg for starters. Marley we booted because of off field concerns so not sure you make that kind of statement only to go back on it. Also the cost when we have Crisp, Murray, Appleby and Maynard with Quaynor on the way. There's no angle there for us for a small defender.

Get back Paul Seedsman.
Not for me.

He’s a nice medium type.
We have those all the same.

In my view the gain is way to minimal.
And he’s the type that looks like he can lose form all of a sudden.

He’s done well at Adelaide, but way too medium for me.
Wish him well (except when he plays us).

He's medium, but he's the type of medium we need. Still don't think he's ever gonna comeback though.

I agree his currency has risen very high, love the bloke tho, always wanted him to succeed with us!

His run and boot sets him apart from all our mediums except Jack Crisp, and Murray to an extend. I think he’d fit nicely in Maynes spot, but like mentioned would cost a lot.

I'm happy to admit trading Seedsman was a mistake. Probably the only one we have made for a long while though. You cant win them all and even the trade itself couldnt be considered a loss given we landed Howe. But yes losing Seedsman was a mistake.

In terms of wanting him back....well no, hes gone, cant see why he'd want to come back, and he'd cost too much. Just need to back Murray and others in, and learn from how we failed to back Seedsman in.
