I think those deals are viable and the 22 you listed is pretty close to bang on.
However I would line up as
FB: Howe, Dunn, Crisp
HB: Scharenberg, Lever, Langdon
C: Maynard, Pendlebury, Treloar
HF: WHE, Darling, Elliot
FF: Fasolo, Moore, Reid
R: Grundy, De Goey, Adams
Int: Kirby, Goldsack, Thomas, Greenwood
Dunn has shown us no reason to really not have him as best 22 (plus with Goldy on the bench backing up) and I think a forward structure lining up as Reid, Moore and Darling will stretch a lot of defenses as it means one is packing up the third/forth defender. Having a taller forward line means I put Kirby in over Aish as it should result in more lose ball at ground level for a genuine goal sneak forward like Kirby to feed of.
