Not a Good Look for the Club and the Review that we can's Convince people coming to Collingwood
But if we get them to come to our club it's just Ed trying to save Bucks......

Your point is about overpaid and that's fine, Seeds trumpets up "stats" to try support his point, his doozy being Treloar's kicking efficiencies when the facts are it's better than Danger and Martin.
That's why he is called out as being off the reservation
Treloar does more kicking as an outside receiver/line breaker than those two. His kicking is still noticeably wonky, lacks reliability and penetration under no direct pressure. It is also one reason he is nowhere near the goal scoring threat the other two are yet.

It may improve, and it may have been impacted by what looked like OP this season, but it was not good enough for someone of his caliber. It was a factor all the way back to his draft year, and it is a bit concerning that a professional like Treloar hasnt been able to make significant inroads on it in his time in the system.

Essendon will not be able to get all of smith, stringer and saad to trade out to the clubs even if they all nominate to go to essendon anyway.
Yeah its one of the things that is a bit amusing at the moment.

Getting all fired up when someone has apparently nominated a particular destination is all well and good, but people seem to be pretending there is no cost for that to the destination club.

Still a lot to happen to see who actually goes where and for how much, then lets see if Essendon have done well or not for example.

With smith, not that worried, as we have that covered and he wanted midfield time and probably would not get it with us. Saad is the only one l like us to get
But never mind. The club flag that we would not be big in trade time, so with that expectation l don't expect us to do much. Hoping that if any one leaves that we bank the picks this year

Over 150 games he has averaged less than 16 possessions and less than 1 goal a game. Do we really need another one of these types?
Well, Jesse White just retired so...

Actually Jesse averaged a tick over a goal a game, so maybe we should consider him to be not even Jesse White.

Didn't it turn out that that banner was put up by an anti Muslim group who just used Collingwood as a front?
Exactly, just right wing bigoted wankers. The vast majority of the STM campaigners aren't even from Bendigo. I'm a dedicated heathen who lives in Bendigo who'd rather see all religion (other than Collingwood FC) banned but if you're going to allow every other faith a place of worship then the followers of Islam are equally entitled.

Simple minds are easily pleased, probably why you are so happy selling the farm for Treloar. Have fun watching us miss the finals for the 5th straight year. We are already watching the 2nd worst era off the footy club but keep telling me how everything the club touches turns to gold
I was actually against the recruiting of Treloar but that doesn't make your "underwhelming" assessment any less ridiculous. An absolute jet and a difference maker, yet to hit his prime.

He also has a higher proportion of his disposals as handballs. Out of Treloars disposals this year he kicked 43.8% of the time (total disposals 628) Martin kicked 64.4% of the time (total disposal 744) Danger kicked 45.1% of the time (718 total disposals). People need to think more before using someone's disposal efficiency to judge their kicking abilities

No SPIN read that and then tell me with also variables why judging a players kicking ability off disposal efficiency is valid

That's almost a bad a call as Maynes manager saying he would kick 50-60 at the Pies. Even if Cox does make it to expect any more than 30 odd goals is a massive stretch
Still 30 gaols a year is attainable and would work very well. He averaged 1.6 goals a game in 2016 for a start

David Hale played the same role at Hawthorn for 5 seasons in 3 flag sides, 1 runner up and 1 PF. Averaged just under 22 games per season but averaged less than 20 goals per season and had a best year of 24 goals.

Cox has come on in leaps and bounds. His contested marking has developed greatly and in the VFL this season his CM stats were off the chart good. He has plenty of development left and its way too early to put a line through him. Maybe he doesnt make it but you have gone way too early.

If you’re going to quote his goal kicking average it should be pointed out that much of his career he has been shifted around the ground, so it’s not really an accurate reflection of him when playing as a forward, much like Sam Reid’s 1 goal per game average has been affected by him playing a lot of footy as a defender.

Based on what? Smith wanting to go there and potentially Stringer?

$$$ usually play the biggest part, but they simply may have been more keen on the players (particularly Smith), than we were. Why would you come to us if we are only a little bit interested?
Saad believed to be favouring Essendon also.

We were keen on both according to reports.
