Watched him live tonight 3rd year player and just all class, doesn't matter now anyway we are no chance of getting him.

Melbourne should look to trade Hogan to Freo/West Coast they don't need him with McDonald and Weiderman.
Yes. Looks like they don't need Hogan. He'll be worth plenty. Freo would be dumb enough to pay 2 first rounders for him. They've got a rich history of overpaying for dud forwards.

You’re right even though Hogan is better than the other two. McDonald more than plays his role. Imagine what they could do to their list by trading Hogan while he’s got huge currency.

I agree and admit I got him wrong. He looks great and Melbourne have looked better with him in the team. Do they need Hogan? Haha.

Anyway, I always respect the time people take digging up posts pointing out they were right and others were wrong.

I must say it really stuck with me regarding people almost writing off a 3 year player, key forward who is just a kid.

We might have been a sneaky chance if he wasn't getting a game but where no chance now.

Geelong Supporters in their Post Mortem Meltdown are all for de-listing or trading Lachie Henderson. He is 28 years old & 1.96 m in height.Could he be a solution to fill our void down back?

I would be interested. Funny a couple of weeks back I asked a Geelong supporter what he would be worth. A second rounder wasn’t enough apparently.

Several weeks ago I suggested our late 1st rd pick for Weiderman and was torn down. The kid has potential.

And this nonsense about him doing nothing in his career so far ignores that some big players take the extra year or two to come good. Harry McKay at Carlton is another example of a player taken in the same draft who has taken time but is starting to look good.

Weideman had a good game. But it is still only one game. People were frothing over Stewart recently after a short period of good footy.

Melbourne got a serious player and with the emergence of McDonald they have the perfect forward line probably just need a quick roving forward to complement them all

Imagine having the option of trading Hogan they have finally got the draft right, took long enough.
