I'm envious of their system.
They have an average list, but play very well. Very consistent.

Ten years ago Brendan Gale risked looking stupid to announce that Richmond was aiming from three flags in the subsequent decade. It sounded ridiculous at the time but they’ve left no stone unturned in the pursuit of that goal and now stand on the cusp of it. Personally I find it very impressive and am more than a bit envious.

What’s our Club’s goal and are we ruthlessly pursuing it?

They didn't pinch Lynch, we handed them Lynch on a silver platter by signing duds on big contracts and filling up our salary cap.

Richmond put a few stars on big wages then everyone else gets a fair share but no one is overpaid.
