2018 Nominal Draft Picks: (for reference if you're creating any hypothetical trades)

If we are not trading in a player this year. Would it be best to trade pick 8 out to Carlton for 24 and 25? Or something like that. I reckon if Dodoro has roughly 24, 25, 30. He will be like..."Hold my beer!" But in a good way lol.:)

My dream trade period that I think is just realistic would be:

Setterfiled and #23 for #8
Gaff for free
Shai Bolton for our 2019 third rounder

Go to the draft with #23 and #30, have got a future inside bull with class, a great outside runner, and another talented small forward to back up and then replace Bags. Two of them are young so it would probably be possible to fit into the salary cap.

Saints want Polec too and have blow Norths offer out of the water lols

Polec is nothing special reeks of desperation from both clubs
Polec suits North's short-term needs, and they've got the cap space so makes sense. Why not use it? They also can trade out their first this year since it may be used on Tarryn Thomas, and get a player and a later pick back to use as points on Thomas. So it makes a lot of sense.

St Kilda going hard with their problems just reeks of them having no plan.

I think it's funny seeing two minow clubs fighting over a player like Polec,Polec is an ok player but surley not worth that kind of money.

Reports saying Jasper Pittard and Jack Hombsch being shopped fairly aggressively.

So apparently by Kochie saying "everything is on the table" he actually means "somebody take some of our scraps and pay overs to speed up our shoddy attempt at a rebuild"
Hombsch is actually a very good key defender, and would settle Hooker forward permanently. Ken not playing him has been one of the more perplexing things this season.

Is Hombsch not just Ambrose with less running capacity?
