Potentially mate, I’m looking at having no draft and having a phantom drafters ranking assigned to picks

It's a crazy idea... but what if we did one now will all picks. Say a 1 or 2 week game. Then a month before the draft this year we do another week or 2 with the same teams. If players drop out we try to get new ones. Could make it interesting and add a bit of a different stragegy
