Lycett would be worth more than Conca, simply because he is a 21yo ruck who is stringing together some excellent games considering his stage of development.

5th in line in the 4th best defence in the league. He'd be getting games at most clubs in the AFL. Was he not that good when he held Fevola (1st in Coleman) and Brown (2nd) to 2 goals between them as a 19 year old?
Hard to say really, depends on the club and their needs. But I think if Richmond were to field offers for Conca league wide, and West Coast were to field offers for Lycett league wide, West Coast would receive the better offers.Your thoughts on their respective values?
Just pointing out that your assessment is quite wide of the markDon't post and ask for other peoples opinions if you don't like what people have to say.

our 1st rond and hallahan. DoneWith all the speculation about Mitchell, anyone want to gauge what their club may offer?

Would give up Ports first rounder + sweetener for Lycett.
I think first rounder (likely 15-19) + sweetener is reasonable if Lycett nominated Port.

Kruezer = second rounder + fringeCarlton have to trade into this draft in a big way. What would people pay for the likes of Kreuzer, Garlett and Lucas (if anything)?
With Lycett being out of contract, you wouldn't get a sweetener if he nominated a specific club. Look what Brisbane had to take for their OOC kids last year. I think Port's first pick would be more than generous under the circumstances.
our 1st rond and hallahan. Done
Kruezer = second rounder + fringe
Gartlett = third rounder
Lucas = straight swap for Houli or Grigg, or third.
Would pay third rounder for Garlett. + free choice of fringe. Not the best offer I know but not much more we could really offer.
Would rookie Lucas.
Would you do Garlett + 2nd round for Gaff + 3rd round?
Would you do Garlett + 2nd round for Gaff + 3rd round?
No.
FWIW I rate Gaff around 15 and Garlett around 40.
I wouldn't do Garlett + second round (which may be around 28ish) for Gaff either.
I can't think of a trade I think is fair though. Your first rounder clearly too much for Gaff.
Houli and Grigg are both better than LucasKruezer = second rounder + fringe

And I think this would still be a lesser deal than ones West Coast would receive for Lycett.I think WC would offer overs for Conca.

Is Conca contracted?
I can't see Richmond getting a top 10 pick for Conca tbh. Both would be 10-20, with West Coast more of a chance of getting the better deal.Yep, so eagles would get a top 10 for Lycett you think?
What would you give for selwood. All of them I assume, but would be nice to have Selwood or Shiel. Both young and have plenty of potential
