I can't see Richmond getting a top 10 pick for Conca tbh. Both would be 10-20, with West Coast more of a chance of getting the better deal.

I can't see Richmond offering up Conca. Classic player who is worth more to us as he has shown glimpses and has plenty of upside due to limited pre seasons than to other sides.

Saw Ben Griffiths mentioned earlier in the thread...Richmond will be lucky to get a coke can if he nominates Brisbane/Saints. They will get him via PSD.

Interested in how much Pears, Dempsey (Queensland clubs if he wants to go home), Hardingham and Howlett are worth. The first 2 are contracted, but the indications are that Pears is now behind Carlisle, Hurley, Hooker, Fletcher and Steinberg in defence, hence being thrown forward in the VFL this year. Dempsey may want to go home and be closer to his kids. Hardingham could be good for teams like Gold Coast, Brisbane, GWS, St. Kilda and the Western Bulldogs who lack a small defender. Howlett is borderline 22 and uncontracted.

St kilda have so many small defenders we don't know what to do with them.

I'd take an early 2nd round for Kreuzer. He needs to go to a side that needs a primary ruck though as he's pretty well useless in any other position.
I would be shocked if we trade Kreuzer for a second round pick like Hampson. Mick has already said that Casboult has to improve and hold his spot once Kreuzer comes back. Assuming he's fit, Kreuzer will be the number one ruck or forward/ruck next year. His competitive streak and second effort puts him miles ahead of Warnock.
Fair call. Would like to get Gaff though, the type of player we need in the middle at the moment.
Gaff is the last type of player we need. Need to build the midfield before we add a Gaff who is icing like Lewis Jetta and Isaac Smith. We don't need soft outside mids who average fewer tackles than Lucas. That would be the main reason why Sugar isn't getting a game.

I'l take a Guthrie-type if there's one available.

Mitchell + Membrey as a package takes my interest.

Would offer our first plus an upgrade in the third round (swap of picks Sydneys way) for both....unless it was a top 5 pick...in which case, the first rounder only.

Doubt we would chuck in membrey if it was straigh swap. Possibly third round swaps plus 1st if top five would get it done though. In my opinion

If Casboult finds some consistent form I can see Freo right in his ear. Would need to satisfy Carlton, but might not take much if he is on the fringe. We saw Apeness debut on Saturday night for Freo and he looks a great get, but Casboult could fill a void/back up.

Freo have a few fringe VIC origin midfielders with good speed to offer:
Sheridan
Crozier
Both former high picks .

I can also seeing us look as Pears for a third rounder. Would add to our depth KPP stocks. In defence we only have Silvagni as back up at to the moment, with Alex Pearce being a while off.

How about sending Tom Sheridan to Carlton for Jeff Garlett? Both are on the fringe and moves home would suit as both sides have needs in these types of players.

I would be interested in Pears for Hawthorn but wouldn't part with more than a 3rd rounder, probably late 50ish? Thoughts Bomber fans?

I have. Still no. Under Longmire we rest goal kicking mids as our small forward. Doesn't make structural sense

Yeah but why not more goal kicking power if you have Tippett frank ill kicking 50 goals each and Garlettt kicking 30 and have your midfielders kicking goals.

is Crozier attainable?

He's a really good kid and would relish a move home back home (not to say he doesn't like perth or anything) and would probably be a walk up start in 18 months, if not earlier

Would a second round pick for Pears and our 3rd rounder suit?
