I think Henderson for pick 4 or maybe even Boyd could work (I think Boyd will be better but we could use a quality KPD and someone with more experience who still has plenty of footy left in him). But then it's pick 4 for Walker which is obviously ridiculous.

Mate just told me Robinson will be on the move or at least put up for trade this off-season - could he get a 4-5 pick upgrade in the 3rd round perhaps? I could potentially see us having 2 mid 40's picks (normal one + possible Waite compo if he gets a decent contract from North and takes it), so that combined with Robbo could get us a few spots higher to a club just looking to consolidate with extra picks for specific needs?

What's your thoughts on a trade of Henderson and Walker for Boyd and your draft pick 4 ?

That's a well rounded team and pretty bloody scary going forward !!

Maybe so , but the problem of getting quality players to move to Western Sydney remains .
Getting the Giants really competitive now is in the forefront of AFL minds with the wanderers a runaway train success !!
You may have to consider offers that you think are unders to get a really competitive team operative next year especially if your players are wanting to return home and nominating clubs ...

I'm not sure if you've seen our list?
It's the uncompetitive one that beat yours in in R14, after smashing the Lions and just going down to Essendon and the Hawks in the preceding weeks.

We don't need much at all except time to get games under our players belts.
We have seen no mass exodus, or even hint of one despite the salivating hordes wanting to get their hands on our swarms of "homesick" players nominating clubs... Last year we even asked several players to nominate where they would like to go and organised deals to make it happen as we couldn't give them the opportunity they deserved on our list.

We are not in a position where we have to do much in the way of excepting unders tbh.

You are the one that wants to sell a packet of chips for a Ferrari! I mean come on...Robinson is literally worth an upgrade in the 3rd and I'm being generous. Henderson is good no doubt but firstly he won't be traded and he probably isn't worth that amount. Top 5 worth players are Gibbs types.

Walker/Robinson, they are worth a very similar amount! Either way the point remains, 2 players does not equal a top 4 pick. Especially when one of them is Walker or Robinson!

Walker I could see you getting a late 1st or second rounder . Or trade for a reasonable player but not a top 10 draftee only 2 years in . To get Boyd it would take Henderson + sweetener

They've won 2 fewer games than your club this season, and next year they'll win more. They have no need to throw last year's pick 1 and this year's pick 4 away for 2 above average players.
