For Douglas? Who won the Crows b&f and was runner up the last two years? You want to give up a potential delistee and a meaningless pick?

Ummm ... Probably not, no.
No probs, was referring pretty much with the previous comment in mind. Robinson has played 100 AFL games against Wanganeen who I think has played 5 max? I do rate Douglas myself and thought he himself wanted out.

Top 10. He isn't going anywhere. Lot of Dees supporters excited about him for next year, he's had an undiagnosed navicular fracture since 2012 which ruined his running and kicking when he played.
I would give you our 1st which would be about that.
Some people on our board would think that's overs.

No ...

No.

No. Almost no-one would place Beams before Dangerfield, except on BigFooty. Look at any independent player ratings. Even on an okay year for Dangerfield like this year where he was injured and targeted all year, he lead the league in centre clearances and contested ball. Beams had a good year, and he's his teams third best midfielder.

And can people read the trade?

Adelaide give up Dangerfield AND PICK 9 for Aish, Kennedy, 22 and 4.

That's the equivalent of a high first rounder (Aish), two high second rounders (Kennedy and 22) and a five spot upgrade.

That is crazy. You're making it sound like there's quite a big gap between the two. I find it really hard to split it, possibly leaning ever so slightly towards Dangerfield, but there is a massive case to argue Beams is ahead. Anyone with a firm grasp about the AFL would know that they aren't too far apart, and that one isn't clearly better than the other.

Danger?

Maybe Dangerfield to Collingwood.
Beams and 9 to Brisbane.
Aish, Kennedy, 4 and 22 to Adelaide.
your smoking to much weed there mate crows would love that deal never going to happen ,id love danger at Collingwood think hes a gun but your trade isn't right

What would people give up for Daniel Merrett? Around pick 30?

Would back myself as a list manager/talent scout (if I were one) to get a better option than Merrett for first 50 picks - mostly due to age after about pick 25-30, but I'd be very surprised if the top 25ish aren't a better prospect altogether than Merrett.

If Brisbane were looking to off-load him, I'd put up pick 45-60. He's too old with not enough runs on the board.

What would Clubs pay for Dangerfield??? I would presume it would take overs to get him too.
If aish deffinatly didn't want to stay I'd trade him for danger. Maybe a first round swap in picks aswell.

Aish could be a gun but he is no danger yet. Aish plus pick 5-10 would be worth about the same as danger.

Yes I think that would be a good trade for the Crows.

Problem is, if Danger goes, he wont be going to any non-Victorian Club.

It will be interesting to see if Aish stays long term in Brisbane, I really have my doubts. Its one thing to be away from home and its another to be away and the team doing poorly.

With that said, I am worried about Danger walking from the Crows next year.

I totally agree. I really hope for the lions fans like me that the team wants to stay together. Obviously with a few departures and entries we need to keep most of them together.

What was the story with Polec? Because he is a gun players at Port this year but I dont recall him ever doing anything with the Lions.

He signed a extra year in his rookie year but kept getting injured and wasn't getting any games so he may have just wanted a fresh start
