When considering trades which involve your own club its virtually impossible to come up with a win/win scenario. We generally overvalue our own or undervalue them if we have taken a dislike to them for some reason.
Some suggestions are just embarrassing and invite rebuke. I like Clark to Geelong because a future at sleepy hollow gives him the best chance to avoid stress and have any chance of making a successful come back. A fit focused Clark would be a welcome starter with any team but it will be harder for him to thrive if he is under the limelight and his new club dependent on him.
Collingwood are going to be shafted on Beams if they trade, he would be an untouchable under normal circumstances and Collingwood would not consider swapping him even for the first 2 draft choices, anymore than they would consider trading Pendles. I hope they can negotiate a long term deal with him and send him off on unlimited compassionate leave even if it means losing him for all of 2015... when he did return his appreciation and dedication to Collingwood would be prodigious... fight for him Collingwood.
For the moment day by day i watch in eager anticipation to see what will happen between all clubs.
One thing is for sure, any player your club does bring in you will embrace and see them as much better players just because they have become one of your own.
