We give up a mini draft pick for Jonathan Griffin...wat...Probably worth giving up the 2nd mini draft pick if you could get a first rounder for Giles which is realistic. You still get a 1st rounder that you would expect for the mini-draft and you get a good ruck.
Something like this seems logical, probably for a 2nd or 3rd round pick. The other club gets something back for a player they think won't be first team, GWS gets an upgrade at KPD.if you're after a fb/chb look at mitch brown from west coast. pretty highly rated, was a 1st round pick but cant break into their obviously pretty strong back line.
You barrack for Adelaide you'd be giving up nothing. GWS would likely get Freo's first pick too and a first rounder for Giles would make up for the fact it's not a top 10 pick.We give up a mini draft pick for Jonathan Griffin...wat...![]()

We'd have no-one to play ruck. Don't wanna lose himThe rumour about Giles is a little bit more solid:

Personally I would hate to lose him. He's one of our better players.
Meh. Please not Murphy. Keep your mistakes to yourself. As for Gilham, unless he retires or is delisted, he's not going to play for usWould like ur thoughts on Murphy and Gilham. , Gilham at 193/94/28yr old and a prem ship FB I would have thought he would be a perfect fit for where ur at ??
You speak the truth my friend. If not, Griffin, then we could target one of Freo's other bigs, such as Clarke, or dare I say it, Sandilands. What about Jonathon Griffin?? think has just re-signed with the Dockers but contracts these days aren't worth much. What about giving Freo a mini draft pick (Jack Martin) in exchange for him??
Don't rate Seaby, he's had more than enough opportunity with Sydney and hasn't made it, I'd target Minson ahead of him.
I think theyd want an early second rounder. he is very highly rated. its just glass is an AA FB. mckenzie is quite good as well. I think you guys will be happy spending an early second on a key back. especially considering you'll have to trim your list soon. perhaps you'll only be using the minimum 3 picksSomething like this seems logical, probably for a 2nd or 3rd round pick. Living in Sydney though, and GWS member...if I say "we" on the GWS board, I mean GWSYou barrack for Adelaide you'd be giving up nothing. GWS would likely get Freo's first pick too and a first rounder for Giles would make up for the fact it's not a top 10 pick.

Whereas if I say "we" on the AFC board...well, I stopped posting there because I got bored of every single thread degrading into bitching about Neil Craig, or Brent Reilly, or some other whipping candidate at the time![]()

Good idea...done!You might need to throw in GWS as an "other team" in your profile then.![]()
Quick question, and in all seriousness, what would you be satisfied with in a trade with Richmond that would land us Tyson?

The Dogs/GWS part of that trade is fine. But a mid first round draft pick for Tyson? Dreaming.
If Tyson is intent on leaving then maybe we have to do something rather then getting nothing but this trade is very much unbalanced in Richmond's favour. They will need to throw in a decent young key defender to make it more palatable.
There are talks that Post is heading up North.
I'm pretty sure I read "decent" in his post, not "the kid every Richmond supporter wants to offload because he's probably going to leave/be delisted anyway".
