Would swap Clark for Cox in a second. Clark may not be as good a ruckman - although if he could return to last year's form that is debatable - but his youth and ability to pinch hit forward make him more valuable.

Kerr will retire by end of next season anyway. His body is shot.

Goss from day 1: - McKinley deal to Carlton could be done as early as tommorow. 3rd Rounder apparently.
And what are next week's lotto numbers? You talk crap.
Yeah, not sure about that. I like Cox being a mentor and teacher for NicNat while still playing at AA level for the next 3-4 years. Clark's ability as a forward is overstated too. It's also good to have a champion play his whole career at one club, and things like that should be encouraged. I'd want a top 5 pick for Cox, and I wouldn't give that for Clark.
Agree. Ridiculous deal. Talk about getting bent over for nothing. WC haven't been very good at trading for some time now. Pick 50+ is nothing, let him go in the draft.3rd rounder...is that like pick 50+?
that would be a horrible deal. pray it isnt true. we should be using him to get another player, not a 3rd rounder.
Anyone want to give me a quick summary of the first action packed day of trade week?

Liam Pickering on Mr September Neon Leon Davis
"I'm not sure what's going to come out of today's meetings, but if Collingwood get some interest from one of the Western Australian clubs - Fremantle or West Coast - then he'd certainly consider it, as that's where his family is.
"Probably the South Australian clubs might also be in the market a little bit as that's where his girl comes from.
"I think he'd like to get around his family a little more, but again it's not going to be an easy one as he's 29, so it's got to be the right fit."
-No thanks

Clearly - look at all the facts you present making that such a compelling argument.
With all the 'yes' men Woosha has around him - supposedly they are now saying 'no'??
Keep punching Geoffe!!

What a dumb statement. We need Cox to teach NicNat do we? Have you heard of coaches? Teaching young players is what coaches do for a living.
You grossly over state Cox's form expecting him to be AA for the next 3-4 years when he has not be in AA form for the past 3-4 years now.
The fact that you claim Cox is worth a top 5 pick fhen he has 2 seasons left in him but Clark isn't is bizarre and reflects your lack of knowledge.
